Ascorbyl Palmitate can be used in oily foods, edible oils, animal and vegetable oils and high-end cosmetics, as well as in various infant foods and milk powders. It has antioxidant and nutritional strengthening functions. It is used as an antioxidant whitening agent for VE. It has a very obvious antioxidant effect in oils and fats and is resistant to high temperatures.
