Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) is an important cationic surfactant that can be used to produce cationic quaternary ammonium salt surfactants, such as: Behenamidopropyltrimonium Chloride (Behenamidopropyl PKO Quaternary Ammonium Salt), Behenamidopropyl Dimethyl(Dihydroxy)propyl Ammonium Chloride, Docosyl Hydroxypropyl Ammonium Salt, N,N-Dimethyl-N-(2,3-Dihydroxypropyl)-3-Behenamidopropyl Ammonium Chloride, Behenamidopropyl PG-Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, etc.

(1) Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) can be used as an emulsifier, wetting agent, dispersant, antistatic agent, softener, detergent, rust inhibitor, thickener, and bactericide, etc.

(2) Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) is mainly derived from natural plant products, with high biodegradability and low biotoxicity.

(3) Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) has both cationic and non-ionic properties, with excellent compatibility with anionic surfactants. It can be used in environmentally friendly hair conditioner formulations, offering gentler, low irritation to the skin and eyes. It can also be used in shampoos, providing thickening and conditioning effects.

山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺具有良好的乳化、湿润、增稠等性能，作为消毒剂、杀菌剂、防腐剂应用；作为抗静电剂应用；作为乳化剂、分散剂应用；作为絮凝剂应用；作为除臭剂应用。可以用于汽车用蜡、化妆品、工业清洗剂、酸清洗剂、脱脂剂、农用喷雾油剂、除草剂、染料和颜料、润滑切削油、金属加工、造纸、油漆、石油、塑料、抛光蜡、表面处理、纺织、制革等。

Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) possesses excellent emulsifying, wetting, and thickening properties, and is used as a disinfectant, bactericide, and preservative; as an antistatic agent; as an emulsifier and dispersant; as a flocculant; and as a deodorant. It can be used in car waxes, cosmetics, industrial cleaners, acid cleaners, degreasers, agricultural spray oils, herbicides, dyes and pigments, lubricating cutting oils, metal processing, paper making, paints, petroleum, plastics, polishing waxes, surface treatments, textiles, and leather making.

(一) Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Industry: Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) has a wide range of applications in hair care products (such as hair wax, hair cream, conditioners, etc.) and skin care products (such as lotions, creams, etc.). In hair care products, it can be used as a hair conditioning agent, antistatic agent, etc., improving hair combability, gloss, and softness. In skin care products, it can enhance skin moisturization and help active ingredients better adhere to the skin surface.

Hair Care:

(1)Enhances smoothness and softness: In shampoos, Dimethylaminopropyl Behenamide (PKO-B) can make hair smoother and softer, easier to comb, and improve hair gloss and elasticity.
