Di(palmiticcarboxyethyl) Hydroxyethyl Methyl Ammonium Methylsulfate (Esterquat) is a new type of cationic surfactant derived from plants. Due to the ester group in its structure, it exhibits excellent biodegradability and competitive pricing, leading to its gradual replacement of alkyl quaternary ammonium softeners. It offers good softening, smoothness, antistatic, and bactericidal properties , and has good anti-yellowing performance. It is cold water dispersible and very mild to the skin and scalp.

Main Uses:

1. Fabric Softening Treatment: Suitable for formulating concentrated fabric softener formulas. Used for finishing soft treatment of fiber yarns and fabrics (cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, etc.) , as well as softening treatment for denim and knitwear in laundries.
2. Personal Care: Widely applicable in hair care formulations (e.g., conditioners), providing excellent wetting and antistatic properties.
