It does not affect the thermal stability, surface appearance, color tone, transparency of the film, etc. of the plastic. Compared with traditional lubricants such as paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearate and other lubricants, it not only has a good external lubrication effect, but also has a good internal lubrication effect, which improves the fluidity and demoulding properties of the melt-insulated plastic in the plastic molding process, thereby increasing the output of plastic processing, reducing energy consumption, and making the products have extremely high surface finish and smoothness. Ethylene Distearamide (EBS) can also be used as a melting point increaser for petroleum products, a lubricant and corrosion inhibitor for metal wire drawing.

Ethylene Distearamide (EBS) can be used as a waterproofing agent, defoaming agent, paper coating component, and potting material for electrical components in the papermaking industry.

Ethylene Distearamide (EBS) can be used as a matting agent in furniture polishes and printing inks.
