Application in food field:

1. added to yoghurt and baby food as the equivalent of vitamin C, which acts as a stabilizer.
2. added to minced fish to prevent the colour from deepening.
3. added to pasta to enable manufacturers to reduce the time spent on bread to half or a third of its original size and to act as a nutritional and other enhancement to the food.
4. for foods such as meats and cheeses, to have a flavour enhancing effect.

Application in cosmetics field:
Glutathione prevents the penetration of the enzyme Los tyrosinase, which results in the inhibition of melanin formation. It eliminates wrinkles, increases skin elasticity, shrinks pores, lightens pigmentation and has an excellent whitening effect on the body. For decades, glutathione has been popular as a key ingredient in European and American cosmetics.

Application in pharmaceutical field:
1. Reducing cellular damage and promoting repair in systemic or localised patients with hypoxaemia-induced anti-allergic or inflammatory reactions.
2. protection of the liver, detoxification, inactivation of hormones and promotion of bile acid metabolism to aid absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins in the digestive tract.
3. radiation sickness and radiation safety: protection against radiation, radioactive substances or symptoms such as anticancer drugs due to leucopenia.
