2,3,6,7,10,11-Hexacyano-1,4,5,8,9,12-hexaazatriphenylene (HAT-CN) is a powerful organic electron acceptor widely utilized in optoelectronic devices as a high-performance Hole Injection Layer (HIL) and Charge Generation Layer (CGL). Characterized by its deep LUMO level, HAT-CN facilitates efficient hole injection via interfacial charge transfer, significantly reducing driving voltage and enhancing the luminous efficiency and operational stability of OLEDs, while also serving as a critical component in advanced organic photovoltaics (OPV) and transistor research. HAT-CN has a relatively symmetrical chemical structure and a large degree of conjugation, this special conjugated structure gives it unique electron transport properties. HAT-CN can be used as a semiconductor material to prepare organic electronic devices and optoelectronic devices. HAT-CN can also be used to prepare organic conjugated luminescent materials with high performance and special functions.
